Requirements

EVP/ SVP/ VP/
SAVP/ AVP

Age : Maximum 45 years for AVP/SAVP, 50 years for VP, 52 years for SVP, 55 years for EVP as on 31.10.2018.

Education: Master’s in any disciplines having no 3rd division/class in any level on Academic record.

Experience: Having minimum 12 years of Banking experience for AVP, 13 years for SAVP, 14 years for VP; 16 years for SVP & 18 years for EVP including minimum 02 years’ experience in the preceding position of the post applied for.

Field of Experience:

Sufficient experience & sound knowledge in Branch Operation/Credit Operation/ Marketing Operation, Foreign Trade Operation /Treasury Operation/HR Operation etc.
Leadership ability, excellent Marketing and Communication skill, Pleasant personality and Capability of keeping good relationship with a wide spectrum of people/organizations related to the branch banking.
Extensive exposure to General Banking, Foreign Exchange and Credit Portfolio.

FAVP/SPO/PO/
SO/Officer

Age : Maximum 35 years for Officer/SO, 40 years for PO, 42 years for SPO/FAVP

Education: Master’s in any discipline having no third division/class in any level on Academic record.

Experience: Having minimum 04 years of Banking experience for Officer/SO, 06 years for PO, 08 years for SPO & 10 years for FAVP including minimum 02 years’ experience in the preceding position of the post applied for.

Field of Experience:

Sufficient experience & sound knowledge in Branch Operation with extensive exposure to General Banking, Foreign Trade and Credit Portfolio.
Leadership ability, excellent Marketing and Communication skill, Pleasant personality and Capability of keeping good relationship with a wide spectrum of people/organizations related to the branch banking.

General Requirements:

Must be well command over Operating Computer.
Flexibility to work in any place in the country.
